Update 25 Release Plan & Next War

1) Update 25 is rolling out Wednesday morning. Resistance Phase will continue after the rollout with Supply Caches / Strong Materials enabled.

2) The next war is starting on Thursday at 11AM EST. The win condition will be tweaked for Update 25. Stay tuned for more information.
