Single Shard Merger & Update 64 War Start

For the release of Update 64, ABLE and CHARLIE will be merged into a single shard (LIVE) so all players will be playing in the same world. Ranks, Levels, XP, and Commends will be retained in the new shard.

Since Regiment names and identifiers may be the same on both Shards, they cannot be merged without conflict. Due to the higher number of Regiments on ABLE, they will be retained and Regiments from CHARLIE will have to be recreated to minimize the overall number of players impacted.

The merger will take place on Monday, May 25th in preparation for the war start on LIVE shard on Tuesday, May 26th at 1PM ET. Servers may be offline for an extended period of time on May 25th.
