We will be rolling out the update to servers in stages in the next 24 hours. Servers that have not been updated yet will appear greyed out in the server browser. During the rollout period, you can still access the 0.0.32 client by switching to the "0.0.32" branch on Steam via the "Betas" properties tab.

New Map: Fisherman's Row
An island based map appropriate for smaller scale skirmishes and new players
New Item: Grenade Launcher
An accessory for the Rifle that allows Grenades to be projected to greater distances

Major Bug Fixes
Players are no longer invulnerable when standing inside a Scrap or Sulfur node

Fixed bug that sometimes caused Town Hall to be built instead of Resistance Camp when no friendly Town Halls remain
Server browser no longer misreports server information
Server queue no longer gets into a bad state after awhile, preventing players from joining
Fixed values of certain environment textures so they aren't overly dark
