CHARLIE War 15 Starting Conditions

War 15 will start on Monday the 11th of August at 1:00PM ET.

This will be a Short War that is scheduled to end on Monday the 25th of August at 12:00PM ET. This end date may be extended if necessary.

Short Wars are wars with an alternate win condition introduced in Update 61. A target amount of Victory Towns must be held by either faction by the end date to win the war. If neither side is able to claim enough Victory Towns by the end date then the war is considered a draw.
