Airborne News & Relic Wars Return

We wanted to provide an update on Airborne as development moves closer to a release. In addition, we also want to announce that Relic Wars will be returning to Foxhole this fall!

Airborne Launch Schedule

In our Summer Devblog, we had announced that the update would be delayed from it's original summer 2025 release date and that we anticipated having more news later in the year.

Work on Foxhole’s next major update is advancing steadily and the team is heads down every day focused on bringing Airborne to release. Current development is focused on completing content and getting it to the final stage of the pipeline.

Airborne will be launching shortly after the new year rolls around. We haven't shared devstream dates so far in advance in the past, but we know the community is eager to know when to expect this update. The planned launch schedule is below:

Foxhole: Airborne Devstream

January 2026

Foxhole: Airborne Release

February 2026

The exact time and date of the Devstream will be announced closer to the day of the stream.

Relic Wars

After a long hiatus, Relic Wars are returning to Foxhole! Relic Wars are special event wars that include special content not available in regular wars.

During Relic Wars, a special resource known as Relic Materials appears in the world, which both factions can use to build powerful Relic Vehicles at Garages. These antique machines, reconstructed from old technology from the Great Wars period, include the sturdy Armoured Fighting Tractor, the vintage Staff Car, the Storm Tank, and others.

The next World Conquest for both the Able and Charlie shards will be Relic Wars.
